Alex மாமா's 50th Birthday. Uncle Alex's 50th birthday was great. It was held at his house, Tampines Street 32. Well, me and my family were early to reach his house. After 5 mins, the celebration started. It started by having the MC of the celebration, who was a woman, entertaining the guests. We started off by a short prayer from my grandfather. After that, we headed to where the food were. OMG, the food was so spicy that i could not finish my food. After all the guests have eaten, some of my Uncle's friends said a few words about him and how he and Aunty Grace fell in love. WOO! I was amazed hearing the story about it. After that my cousin, Emmanuel, played a song from the piano as a birthday present for his dad. Then, Aunty Grace, Emmanuel and Yeowan, Who was Emmanuel's little brother said a few words about Uncle Alex. When Aunty Grace was saying a few words about her beloved husband, she started crying. The guests encourage her and she continued with her speech. After that, something happened which was so funny. After Aunty Grace finished her speech, she prepared a song for Uncle Alex. It was a tamil love song. When she started singing, the whole crowd wooed like HELL! I was laughing my head off. When she was singing, Uncle alex went to her and continued singing with her. Everyone was laughing and wooing. That was a moment that i loved so much. After all that drama happened, it was cut-cake session. The cake was so huge. Emmanuel played the birthday song from the piano and we sang the birthday song. He cut the cake and fed my grandparents and his children. After that, he said a few words. He thanked everyone for coming to his birthday. He thanks his parents for helping him throughout his life. He gave my grandmother a rose and my grandfather a shirt i think. I was like " AWWWWWW, So sweet ". After that, the party was over. And i went home quickly. HAHA. well, thatz it for now. Toodles:) |
