Good Friday. it is a day of the year where christians all around the world thank jesus christ for dying on the cross for them. today, i went to the church WHICH I HATE (SELETAR TAMIL METHODIST CHURCH) for the good friday service. we sang some sorrow songs. and then there were some special items. the first special item is from the sunday school and I WAS PERFORMING! i was embarrassed. for dunno what reason stephanie took the mike. after she took the mike, she realised that it was her mistake and she shared the mike with PAATII(Deborah). we sang a song named " god forgave my sin in jesus name ''. the younger kids weren't singing. they were shouted as loud as they could. some of their parents think their child look cute on stage. AHEM! the worst part during the item is that some people from the congregation took their cameras and started taking pictures of us singing. WA! I STARTED BEING SO ANGRY! then after we sang, the whole congregation clapped their hands. then jacinta(sunday school teacher who is a teenager) said to me that i sang well. i just lipsing la. she didn't even knew it. then after our performance, it was the WSCS(Ladies Group) turn. they sang a song in tamil. the song was beautiful. then it was the men's fellowship's turn. they oso sang a song in tamil. then after that, it was the sermon. ARRRRRR! the sermon was about the 7 words that jesus said on the cross. each word had a verse. the speakers TOOK SO LONG TO PREACH THE SERMON. i was SO SLEEPY that i slept. then after church, THERE WAS NOTHING TO EAT. ONLY KAYA BREAD AND COFFEE. SUMMORE LUNCHTIME! ARRRRR. then i, my dad and my siblings went to changi village to eat lunch. me, my dad and matthew ate chicken rice. but priscilla was the odd one out. she ate wanton mee. haha. then as we were eating, some pigeons were beside us. i am scared of pigeons. then someone from the opposite table hit his leg so hard that the pigeon flew over to our table. WOW! i was so scared that i choke. haha. then after we ate, we went back home. THATS ALL FOR NOW! PLEASE LOOK FORWARD FOR THE NEXT POST. |
